Tony brings years of experience in strategy development, business and financial integration, and implementation techniques—which he has applied to service companies around the country. He has held numerous leadership and support positions in a wide continuum of industries and organizations. He served as General Manager, Vice President of Operations, and Vice President of Strategic and Corporate Development for a stamping and assembly operation. At General Motors (GM), Tony served in a leadership capacity within Finance, Business Planning, Manufacturing and Supplier Development. While at GM, Tony modified and applied the Lean manufacturing techniques of the Toyota Production System. These are the same techniques applied to the NUMMI and Saturn corporations.

Tony is sharing his experience, leadership and visionary approach with hundreds of people through on-site process change implementation workshops and open seminars. He is a featured trainer for the Rochester Business Alliance (RBA) and for the Manufacturers Association of Central New York. He is also a Seminar Leader and Lean Coach for the University of Dayton Center for Competitive Change, and a strategic partner in lean training for the Lean Manufacturing Institute at Onondaga Community College.

Tony has an extensive educational background. He holds a B. A. in Financial Administration from St. Vincent College, a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from Rochester Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Manufacturing Management from GMI Engineering and Management Institute, and a Master of Science in Operations Management at the Kettering University. In addition he attended programs at the Wharton Business School, The Simon Graduate School of Management, the University of Michigan, Harvard and MIT.
