Allison
Whiting—“Create a competitive advantage.”
Allison joined Delta Stratagem in 2001 after working in the
automotive industry as a corporate trainer. She brings to
the Delta Stratagem team expertise in training development
and delivery, and client relations. Allison works with clients
upfront to assess training needs, assemble programs and identify
funding resources. She also works with Lean Action Teams to
support people during the lean transformation process and
help teams work more effectively together. Allison’s
passion is working with people and helping each person achieve
their full potential in the team environment.
